| About German Pinscher Club of Victoria Club Overview The aim of the GPCV is to promote the knowledge and understanding of the German Pinscher breed to the public as well as providing a friendly atmosphere for club members. Club Objectives To raise the general public's knowledge of the breed through a variety of means. President's Message The German Pinscher Club of Victoria, was established on the 30th of May 2001. Our club was established to promote, educate and expand the breed of the German Pinschers in Victoria. Our aim is to select the best quality dogs and bitch's, with sound blood lines, for our breeding programs. We have designed the GPCV as a social club, where every member can join in activities together with their families, whether this be at a dog show or an official Club event.
